About Noren

Noren is an Australian financial reference, starting with personal savings accounts. We bring together bank product data, reviewed rates and account requirements in comparison tables, with links to the underlying products and institutions.

Use the tables to explore your options, then check the provider’s current terms and your eligibility. Coverage is growing; Noren does not list every bank or account. Explore our coverage or suggest an addition.

Frequently asked questions

What does Australian Financial Reference mean?

It means bringing together information about Australian financial products from many different sources and organising it into a consistent, useful reference. Noren aggregates and normalises that data so you can look up products, compare their features and understand their requirements in one place. Our aim is to help you research your options and make informed decisions for your own personal use, starting with savings accounts.

How do I find an account for my savings balance?

Search for a bank or account above, or open the full savings table. Enter your balance and age to compare the rates and reviewed age limits. The homepage preview uses $25,000 and assumes any ongoing bonus conditions are met. Check requirements, fees and access restrictions before choosing an account.

Where does the information come from?

We collect product information from bank Consumer Data Right (CDR) feeds, data aggregators, bank websites and other public sources. Data is carefully normalised and put through extensive quality checks. Products are displayed only after passing quality control.

What does the verified checkmark mean?

A checkmark means the product has a current pricing approval and has passed our collection and freshness checks. It is removed when product data changes, collection fails or the approval expires. Individual conditions and fees can still be unconfirmed; unknown table values appear as a dash. See how to read the table.

How do ongoing, bonus and introductory rates differ?

The ongoing rate includes any ongoing bonus that applies when the account’s requirements are met. An introductory rate applies for a limited offer period and is shown separately. “No ongoing bonus conditions” does not remove age limits, new-customer rules, balance caps or access restrictions.

Which accounts are included?

The savings comparison covers published personal savings accounts, including youth and senior accounts and some personal notice accounts. Business, SMSF and quote-only products are excluded. The homepage preview is a smaller selection of current verified personal savings options; open the full table for other published accounts.

How can I report an incorrect rate or a missing account?

Use the page feedback form or contact Noren. Include the bank, account name and a link to the provider’s page, plus the rate or condition you believe needs checking.
